Mary Cho – Mental Health Counselor/Psychotherapist
Mary is a Licenced Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. She has a B.A. in Social Welfare with a concentration in Psychology and a minor in Education from U.C. Berkeley in Berkeley, California. Mary also received a Master's Degree in Education Leadership from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in Mill Valley, California. Lastly, Mary obtained her Master's Degree in Counseling from Nyack College Alliance Graduate School of Counseling in New York, New York.
Her experiences comprise of early childhood education, Christian education, and counseling in various areas such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationships, eating disorders, marriage, family, career, and life transitions.
Mary has experience working with children, youth and families from a wide range of backgrounds, caring for their educational, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Mary fully understands and respects the importance of confidentiality* in counseling and looks out for the best for her clients.
